ORIGINE DE LA CUVÉE
Challenged and curious by the sulfite-free cuvées, I in turn wanted to take the plunge. A challenge also in the different technicality of Chénas “En Rémont”. I chose for this cuvée to go even further in my approach by favoring young vines of 25 years, which allows me to work the soil and grass them. The terroir of my two Chénas cuvées is identical, but I wanted to bring more fruit and delicacies to this cuvée to have two different characters.
